Hida
General Manager
A graduate of Master Sc. In Advertising from Boston University, USA, HIDA started her career in the mid 90s. With 27 years experience in sales and advertising, she has led her team to perform better each year.
When Malaysia was hit with the pandemic in 2020, she managed to ensure clients’ promises were delivered smoothly. Aqib MM Sdn. Bhd. also had managed to secure some big projects in the same turbulent year. This goes to show the high perseverance the company has when the leader is a natural born go getter.
Siva
Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing
Being the second in command, SIVA has a tremendous responsibility to groom the team, together with Hida. His core strength in client services has won him the hearts of many corporate and NGO clients.
His 20 years experience in the same field is valuable to Aqib MM Sdn Bhd as this has brought many big portfolio clients in.

Manager, Special Projects and On-Ground Activation
Exploring new territories could be a daunting task, but it is crucial for a business to grow.
AWIN, who comes from a mixed background of education, media and corporate, is entrusted to carry the task for Aqib MM Sdn. Bhd. Having worked with people from various industries has proven to be an advantage in managing special projects as well as on-ground activation.
MOERNE
Manager, Strategic Planning
A business needs to be strategic in order to sustain and to be able to accommodate the needs of diverse clientele.
The key person responsible for our strategic planning is MOERNE who is an expert in this area. With 25 years experience mainly in strategic management, she carries out researches, plans, manages and coordinates projects for us.
Strong leadership traits combined with tonnes of positive attitude often leads to fail proof project delivery; and for that, we all know we can always count on our girl, Moerne.
SYAFIKA
Sales and Marketing Executive
She began her journey with Aqib MM Sdn. Bhd. as an intern back in 2017. SYAFIKA has since grown with the company and now she is accountable for a number of major accounts. Her understanding on media landscape enables her to provide precise and strategic advice to clients.
Hilman
Sales and Marketing Executive
A graduate from Monash University, Australia, HILMAN is specialised in social media marketing. He is a certified Facebook and Instagram Ad specialist thus he is responsible to manage clients’ social media campaigns. His familiarity with social media trends and business updates warrants for successful campaigns.
Sharifatul
Admin Executive
With her expansive knowledge and skills, she is the gatekeeper of Aqib MM Sdn Bhd. Her education at Faculty of Economics and Administration, Malaya University, combined with her years of administrative duty, has truly come handy. Any matters related to Finance, Human Resource and Administration, we find none other than Sharifatul.
Salmiah
Admin Assistant
The one who keeps the office in order, the one who ensures everyone’s welfare is well-taken care of – Salmiah. Our Admin Assistant’s major duty is to make certain that our mothership is always in tip top condition – spotless, neat and warm. In Aqib MM Sdn Bhd, we believe cleaning and organising is a practice not a project. A clean office is a productive office. Besides, cleanliness is half the faith.
